If you are looking for deep fry turkey instructions I just put together a great little how-to tutorial. The first time we deep fried a turkey, my husband, being a bit stubborn and hard headed, did not follow these instructions and cooked it on our sun porch. We were very lucky that we didn't burn the house down. Please make sure you deep fry your turkey outside in a well ventilated area, not on a wooden porch, covered porch or in the garage. Thanks!
