When I first started biking I was super scared of riding on gravel. Unfortunately I had 1/2 mile of gravel to get to a real road. :( I went out and bought a cheap bike rack, which I was not very happy with. I have since decided to get a Saris T Rax bike rack ~ if you're looking for a bike rack for Christmas you might want to take a look and see how to choose the best bike rack for you.
